As an HR Programs Manager, and key member of the People Programs team, I connect with people at Brooks on both a micro and macro level by creating and executing company-wide people programs that enable our employees and culture to scale in pursuit of our growth strategies. As a Senior HR Programs Specialist, I played a key role in influencing how people work at Brooks. As a critical member of the People Programs team, which seeks to create a consistent, global employee experience, I owned, optimized and executed several employee facing HR programs including but not limited to Pacesetter (Employee Recognition Program), New Hire Orientation (NEO), Employee Referral Program (ERP), Leadership Development Programs (LDT and 360) and Cultural Strengths Survey. I also worked to become the data expert and architect in integrating our employee experience platform in Qualtrics with our HR Programs and tools.
