As product owner I am responsible for:- Managing a domain of 26 import and export-related services and a community of 1000+ organisations (together with a business manager)- Defining a long-term vision for the domain- Working together with internal and external stakeholders in creating/updating value-based services- Creating and updating the domain roadmap- Maintaining and prioritizing the domain and team backlog- Translate goals to user stories and/or acceptance criteria- Refining user stories together with the development team- Accepting user stories on behalf of or together with the stakeholders- Organizing reviews and meetings with internal/external stakeholdersMy main accomplishments:- Seamless delivery of various renewed services- Incremental releasing of new services with the right value at the right time, no "big bangs".- Defined the business vision together with internal and external stakeholders

As a business manager, my responsibilities were:- Managing and improving existing IT-services for export-related logistics - Create value for the Portbase community- Stakeholder management- Life cycle management- Change management- Analyzing (current and future) logistical and information processes (B2B, B2G)Portbase is the structural heart for all logistic information in the ports of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Via one port-wide Port Community System, companies can exchange information efficiently and simple. This improves their competitive position and that of the ports. Portbase is neutral, reliable, transparent and ambitious.

Als testcoördinator bij DUO Zoetermeer ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het team dat nieuwe en gewijzigde wet- en regelgeving voor alle onderwijssectoren test voordat deze in productie gaan. Er wordt getest of de subsidieberekeningen om kunnen gaan met de situaties zoals die voor kunnen komen in het onderwijsveld.
