Service Operations Manager
CurrentThe Service Operations Manager has the responsibility to provide the necessary shared service support to The North American Field Service organization to be successful. This role is key to supporting the Regional Service Leadership with the back-office systems, processes and reporting to execute efficient field service delivery with outstanding client satisfaction.Manage key internal relationships with Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing and third-party logistics providers acting on behalf of and as representation of the Global Service Leadership team. This role will work closely with Service Leadership to implement best practice processes and provide reporting for field service delivery KPI's including but not limited to inventory levels, parts usage and labor utilization. You will be the service subject matter expert for the D365 Field Service application ensuring optimal utilization of the software to best practice standards and maintaining an excellent user experience.
