The Client Experience Partner ensures the efficient operations between Cerner and clients by serving as the liaison for solution support and administration. Regional coverage included client relationships in the Mid-Atlantic, New England, and Florida.

As the Site Lead of KC Data Centers for the IT Asset Management business unit, I was responsible for overseeing team data center operations, planning and scheduling logistical equipment moves. Developed reports and tracked metrics relating to asset inventory, usage, and financial impact. I served as the point of contact for hardware vendors and internal teams.

Within the IT Business Management, Hardware Asset Management team. We are responsible for shipping, receiving, and tracking Cerner's tangible IT assets throughout the product life cycle (servers, network equipment, ect), as well as auditing Cerner's data centers, TELCOs and network closets. Specific project management including support on the Defense Healthcare Management Systems Modernization (DHMSM) contract, POC for the Department of Defense hard drive tracking processes, as well as POC for removable media disposal and hardware decommission across Cerner's global campuses. Aided in the creation of high level Asset Management policies to govern and establish standard practices across the IT Business Management team.

Responsible for researching and processing potential student athletes looking to become eligible for competition in the NAIA. Responsible for learning, understanding, and applying NAIA rules and eligibility standards to student cases. Developed organizational methods for dealing with hundreds of open cases at once.

As the route manager, I am responsible for the organization and execution of delivery routes around the Kansas City Metro area. I oversee one other delivery driver, handle customer issues, and inspect clothing to ensure its quality before being delivered.

During my internship, I have learned all aspects of game day operations. I have learned valuable skills required to manage a workforce and make sure everything is completed on time in order to successfully put on an event such as a baseball game. I learned how to run a scoreboard, manage in-game music and sounds, as well as sell tickets and learn what is involved in selling and procuring sponsorships.
