Oversee Tenant construction projects taking place in the WS Seaport portfolio by working with leasing and our cross functional team to develop a business deal that was a "Win -Win" for all parties, specifically by discussing what is the most feasible allocation of responsibilities for both schedule and budget. Hire GC's & architects to build out several Tenant spaces, many times with projects that had compacted schedules and/or logistics; i.e. 3 months to design and build a space. Mentor a team of younger Tenant Coordinators and create processes that improved efficiency and consistency across the portfolio.

Oversee the Scope Gap (from project being provided by tower contractor to what we hand over to Tenants) and Tenant Construction of every retail Tenant that WS worked with in Seaport. Key involvement in every phase of the process from lease negotiation, until opening, which included but was not limited to; Preparing Work Letters, Reviewing Landlord Construction Drawings & Tenant Construction Drawings, Overseeing and Assisting Tenants through permitting and construction, and assisting leasing as needed in negotiating construction related items for Tenant deliveries.
