Intial business case input interms of change impacts, technology impacts & support for costing team. • Vehicle architecture Layout release (L0 & L1 release).• Packaging of all aggregate systems & collaborate with system COE’s to deliver within targets ( Weight, regula intion & Cost).• Virtual service DMU & Homologation validation • Complete VLO (Vehicle layout assessment for assembly, serviceability etc.), highlight issues & recommend solutions for better component routing & packaging in vehicle• Knowledge in design calculations & generating of concept designs.• Under design (Styling) and Product planning requirements • Preparation of systemize change content, based on the project scope.• Created Master Product structure (Modular BOM) for all New projects.• Review engineering change note and update BOM’s as required. • Support System team to Coordinate with purchasing, Engineering & manufacturing for accurate input to release details new drawings or modifies existing Engineering drawings.
