As an operation executive at Connect and Heal - CNH Care, I am responsible for managing the daily operations and administrative tasks of the online healthcare platform. I work with the IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and the satisfaction of users and partners. Before joining CNH Care in January 2023, I was a business development associate at Urban Company, where I contributed to the growth and expansion of the home services marketplace in various cities. I was involved in identifying and acquiring new service providers, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships. I also supported the marketing and sales strategies and participated in various campaigns and events. I have a BBA degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Alliance University, where I learned the fundamentals of accounting, economics, statistics, and business strategy. I also completed multiple online certifications in personal branding, organizational behavior, and business analytics, which enhanced my skills and knowledge in these areas. I have a passion for improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare and home services through technology and innovation. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
