Coordinating and planning a meaningful and purposeful program for those with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Work closely with nursing, dietary, sales and therapy services to identify needs and care plan for residents. Plan and coordinate events/entertainment. Supervise a staff of 3-4 including the Life Enrichment Coordinator. Manage the budget, supplies, materials and Alzheimer's/Dementia Training. Work very closely with training in and peer mentoring new Coordinators. In Charge of Walk to End Alzheimer's Fundraising, where we have raised over $25000 in the past 3 years.
