● Responsible for directly leading a high performing team of supply chain systems analysts, across 3 omnichannel distribution centers, in 3 different states. Each team owns up to 8 distinct systems within their facility.● Led a cross-functional project team in the development and deployment of a network-wide storage and movement strategy for over 25k SKUs. This resulted in a 14% increase in pick volume from ergonomically advantageous locations and a net increase in picking efficiencies.● Designed and Deployed SSRS dashboard for Supply Chain Systems team, consolidating over 20 separate reports into a single destination for systems metrics and KPIs.

● Effectively developed and deployed a USDA-approved program and process to electronically process over 9 million pounds of raw milk daily.● Successfully introduced new plant training and skills database to manage the training records of over 250 union production employees, trained on more than 700 procedures. ● Decreased the OSHA Total Recordable Incident Rate (TCIR) 30% from 2.7 to 1.9 through a multitude of safety initiatives. This rate is 44% below the OSHA industry rate of 3.4.● Introduced improved plant planning process to reduce production overtime by 7-12% by coordinating necessary equipment downtime and maintenance with operational labor schedules.

● Successfully finalized contract negotiations with a local carrier for transportation to 3PL that led to 20% reduction in department transportation costs. ● Implemented a streamlined Forklift Licensing process to ensure driver safety and OSHA compliance. Licensing process was applicable to over 300 union plant employees.● Achieved over 99% sanitation (MSS) and First Pass Quality compliance rates for Logistics department on an on-going basis.

● Achieved complete development and deployment of BI governance structure across all North America DCs.● Introduced multi-level SQL training program for WMS Superusers and Managers in 6 DCs, across 2 countries. Program was successfully deployed and completed within a 9-month period with a 95% completion rate. ● Successfully led and developed multiple WMS teams in 6 DCs, in 2 countries

● Increased building cross-dock capabilities by 15% though the implementation of improved systematic capabilities. ● Successfully deployed an improved loading process to decrease dock door turnaround time by over 1 hour.● Reduced over 90% of aging inventory in less than 4 months by implementing a systems-driven FIFO process within the WMS.

● Ensure that drivers remained OSHA compliant, while operating in their language of choice. ● Designed and deployed the building’s first warehouse operations BI dashboard to visualize and drive 15 KPIs for shift management.● Led the deployment team for SSCC label migration, achieving 100% conversion within 3 months.
