Acting on behalf of the client’s executives and founder, oversaw initial development of an 82-acre land parcel for a corporate campus. A production facility at ~75,000 SF and an office building at ~90,000 SF were constructed, along with site infrastructure to support an additional 250,000 SF of facilities. Successfully coordinated all parties – state, city, environmental constituents, construction manager, architects, engineers, utilities, attorneys and owner – for two on-time, on-budget occupancies.IT Implementation. Took on direct management of a software development group dedicated to development of the company’s next generation Web-based application, servicing a core company competency and required to meet committed client deliverables. The group was comprised of internal technology staff and an external technology consulting company. The project was behind schedule and falling short of meeting specifications. Reorganized the group, reset expectations and successfully completed and implemented the new application. Included was the added task of migration of key historic data needed to meet an immediate client deadline.
