Led SSGA’s IT Risk & Regulatory Compliance programs.- Implemented new risk assessment program to assess inherent risk, control effectiveness and expected annual loss across 25 risk assurance events.- Moderated four risk assessment workshops with senior IT leadership, second line risk management and - internal audit.- Completed 2018 risk assurance testing over 350 key IT controls to mitigate risk for 28 risk assurance events within RSA’s Acher Platform.- Implemented capability model including business and technology capabilities to assess risk and redundancies in technology alignment to meet aggressive timeline to comply with the Federal Reserve’s Frank-Dodd Act Living Will program, including development of SSGA’s IT Playbook and the completion of post-project audit findings.- Delivered 25 internal service level agreements for IT services provided by IT to SSGA’s 13 international legal entities.- Improved risk posture for SSGA offices in Europe and Asia over four year period in the areas of IT governance and regulatory compliance that resulted in a positive rating by internal audit.- Managed annual IT SOC1 and SOX reviews in collaboration with State Street’s outside auditors.- Collaborated with corporate teams, including Information Security, Security Administration, IT Infrastructure, Application Management, Data Privacy, Legal, Vendor Management and Business Continuity Management to facilitate requests to comply with internal regulator questionnaires and regulator exams.- Managed development of 53 IT metric dashboards leveraging the Tableau development platform.- Developed and delivered presentations and training to diverse audiences, including executive management and international IT and business teams.- Conducted monthly status and metric reviews with Chief Technology Officer and direct reports.-

Led Commonwealth’s business analyst, project management, disaster recovery, information security, vendor management and risk management programs.- Led business analyst and project management teams in the development of web-based products, including internal development requirements and integration of third-party tools and market data for United States’ largest, privately held independent broker-dealer supporting over 5,000 financial advisors and staff.- Promoted to manage the growth of teams from 10 to 30 employees while hiring and developing five managers.- Responsible for online product portfolio in a SAAS-based .NET environment resulting in a multi-million-dollar revenue stream.- Negotiated the outsourcing of 25-million-dollar development project to replace legacy fee-based accounting and portfolio management system.- Managed the turn-around of failing five-million-dollar client-facing web based Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.- Instituted technology vendor management strategy, including supplier negotiations, license and technology contract management with average negotiated savings of $250,000 per year.- Developed corporate information security program, including the implementation of technologies to report and measure anomalies against documented policies and procedures for two corporate offices and 1,200 Advisor offices.- Managed deployment of multi-year disaster-recovery program, including development of plan for new company-owned disaster recovery facility.
