I am dedicated to helping and serving people. In my 20 years in the healthcare industry and more recently, in the identity protection field, I have taken on myriad roles in different settings with one main thing in common—I work to make people’s lives better. My name is Denise Wolff. I hold a Masters in Public Administration and am both a Registered Nurse and a Public Health Nurse. My primary function has been leading teams and managing and developing healthcare programs to meet regulatory criteria and create excellent customer service. When charged with a task, I give 100% and develop a strategy to ensure successful completion. For the past eight years, I’ve been committed to serving the aging population with the goal of changing the perception and experience of aging. I believe it is a time in life that should be celebrated, not feared. I’m now helping organizations, including senior living communities, protect their customers and employees from identity theft. One of the things I’ve learned in my career—aside from the traditional skills needed to successfully lead teams and manage programs—is the importance of authenticity and relationships built on honesty and transparency. Whether a customer or an employee, people want to be included and people want to be heard. They want to contribute to the greater good of something. Valuing and making relationships a priority has given me the ability to ascertain the needs of those I serve, which has been integral to my success as leader. I know that to succeed as an organization, you must listen to your market, your community, your potential customers and your current customers, and continually realign your business according to their needs, desires and the real problems for which they want unique solutions. Then you must provide solutions. That is what I do.I welcome the chance to connect with you.dswolff12@gmail.com651-261-2530
