As a full-stack developer, I was responsible for designing system required by the organization, from designing user experience for the front-end, architect the back-end, to design and building the database, also integrating newly developed system with existing system. Communicate with stakeholders to gather their requirement and understanding it to make sure the current business flow could be translated into working system.At the same time, supporting production issue related to our core system is my secondary responsibility. Liaise with production to ensure our production run without hiccup. From debugging and restarting any application on the server, when necessary, to solve user connection /network, to solving printer problem, most of the production related to ensure business as usual running smoothly.In Chemi-con I had the opportunity to create the sop enabling collaborative development environment, enabling multiple programmers to work at the same time. Capabilities that important to me were versioning and bug tracker. Once identified the needs, I had other thing to consider such as learning curve, cost, and integration to existing tools such as our IDE. To achieves this goal, I select VisualSVN and Mantis Bug Tracker as those are easy to use and learn and are open-source software that will cut cost for our development. Integration with our IDE to ensure smooth development flow and reduce steps and click for developer and save time for them to focus more on coding instead of flow for versioning and sharing.I opt for using API as communication for the front-end and the back-end. This choice was made because I could see it help in future expansion in the future for expanding the user interface for multiple screen (PC, tablet, phone, kiosk). Also enable it for easy integration with other system, where I just need to create new API for the specific use case for integration.

Worked as full stack developer, I built the front-end and back-end of the system. The front-end covering android application and web based, whereas the back-end was using AWS services.I manage AWS infrastructure which comprise of components such as EC2, S3, and load balancer with the goal of achieving high availability while reducing operational cost.By utilizing inotify a feature from Linux kernel, I manage to cater multiple client handling where there was no direct solution. With this solution, I enhance users’ experience and the users got more value from our product.
