For over a decade, I have dedicated my career to empowering others to achieve their personal and professional goals through education and mental health support. As a Program Manager at SEASPAR, I led a diverse and inclusive team of specialists that provided support and advocacy to clients with disabilities and mental illness.I leveraged my expertise in goal setting, communication, and relationship management to build rapport with clients and stakeholders, and to deliver high-quality programs and services that met their needs and expectations. I also collaborated effectively with colleagues and partners, fostering a culture of teamwork, engagement, and retention. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.I am currently seeking a career change, where I am still able to use my skill set but also foster my passion for improving the lives of others. I am currently researching Masters Degree programs to enhance my skills in mental health, with a focus substance abuse and counseling.
