Liberty Home Products - Windows and Doors is the window replacement side of Liberty Home Products. LIberty Home Products has served our fellow Coloradans for over 40 years providing highest quality steel security doors, custom window well covers, railing, shades and awnings. Our window and door division was born out of a necessity to provide Coloradans a high-end, efficient window and door option at the fairest prices. The current market is saturated with companies relying on their brand to gain a customer base, and then hiring contractors to install them and crossing their fingers that all goes well and the job in completed. Serve as Installation Director of Renewal by Andersen of Colorado. Responsible for start up efforts after taking over Denver and Colorado Springs territories by way of:> Vendor relations - set up multiple vendors to facilitate procurement of consumables required in successful installation of product. > Recruiting - interviewed multiple installation crews and reviewed past experience to determine compatibility with RbA procedures and policies> Warehouse - established warehouse "flow" and stocked with appropriate accessories for product line and service efforts> Service - hired and trained Service Technicians to ensure timely and accurate service of RbA product and customers> Site Tech - hired and trained Site Technicians while remaining active in field assessments. > Measure automation - created automated measure system to improve accuracy and timely turnaround of orders. > Labor automation - created automated labor sheets to streamline breakdowns and monitor labor rates. Operates below budget while ensuring installation crews are well compensated for their efforts. > Currently manage 22 installation crewsRemain active participant in:> Service on Product Design Team in helping to design new product line and accessories. > Assisting network partners in streamlining their efforts and reeling in production and labor costs.> Creating Lead-Safe worksheets and procedures that garnished Federal accolade for adhering to current RRP regulations. > Training network locations in Lead-Safe work methods to avoid considerable and crippling Federal fines
