Dennis has worked as a Field Adjuster with Wawanesa Insurance since May of 2017. Dennis has extensive experience handling a myriad of claims including catastrophe, storm, water, & fire claims. Prior Dennis founded his own investigation firm Aurora Risk Management & Investigations in March of 2013 following extensive risk management and investigative experience beginning in 1992. He was a licensed Private Investigator and Risk Management Consultant and now has over 30 years of experience. He earned his Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designation from the University of Winnipeg and the Global Risk Management Institute. Dennis also holds professional designations as a Certified Protection Officer Instructor (CPOI) and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and is currently working towards his Certified Insurance Professional (CPI) designation.He has been a member of the Province of Manitoba's, Security Industry Standards Advisory Committee and the Security Training Development Committee. He also has been a consultant on the curriculum for the Province of Manitoba's, Security Guard Training Program.He is an experienced Insurance Adjuster & Investigator Certified in interview & interrogation techniques through Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates. He has personally managed numerous Security and Investigative projects for various organizations, and managed complex investigations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. He has also case managed Investigations in British Columbia and internationally resulting in significant outcomes. Dennis' most memorable moments in his career have been providing personal protection for actor Clint Howard, the Executive Producer of the National Aboriginal Achievement Awards and managing Security at the parliamentary grounds for her Majesty the Queen of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth during her Golden Jubilee visit to Winnipeg in October 2002.
