This led me to Click Europe in 2015, a small yet ambitious family-run e-commerce business, where I started as a customer service representative.Over the years, I've immersed myself in every department at Click Europe. I spearheaded the creation of Click's pioneering B2B platform in Website Development and IT, generated comprehensive P&L reports and sales compensation analyses in Finance, successfully recruited and fostered a talented workforce in HR, and crafted compelling product listings and translations in Marketing.Through relentless dedication, Click Europe has grown exponentially, becoming a prominent player in the international video game and toy trade industry. Regular participation in global trade shows and interactions with diverse customers and suppliers have enriched my experience, equipping me with the versatility and adaptability essential for success.As the Head of International Business Development, I now lead critical operations, working closely with the owners to drive expansion and cultivate new business relationships daily.
