I managed NPI resources to ensure that these activities were carried out on time. I managed a small operational budget and ensured that activities carried out met budget expectations.• I carried out design for manufacture activities to optimise the electrical and mechanical designs to ensure that product cost, manufacturability, time to market and product reliability were optimised.• I setup, commissioned and validated production lines to ensure regulatory compliance before launch. I managed production of new products from development of early proof of concept prototypes through manufacturing ramp up until stable manufacturing was reached and the production lines handed over to the manufacturing team.• I mentored team members and provided guidance on processes and product knowledge.

NPI Engineer responsible for managing the introduction of critical products of the Nucleus 5 System. Responsibilities included the design of processes for manufacturing, DFM and influencing the design to ensure process consistency and reduction of product COGs.
