Diana is a senior manager in Government Services. She has more than 13 years of management experience providing services related to HUD Community Development Block Grant Programs, FEMA Public Assistance Grant Programs, and FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs. She works closely with clients to provide regulatory compliance oversight, business process consulting, financial management consulting, and other technical support to ensure proper expenditure of disaster recovery funds.Diana joined HORNE in 2005 as a supervisor in the fraud, forensic and litigation consulting practice. Prior to that, she worked in assurance services where she performed financial statement audits of companies in various industries including insurance, oil and gas, government, and nonprofit entities.
