- As a Business Expert, my focus is on driving the execution of small and medium business (SMB) priorities by connecting with the multiple stores Business Teams that I support on strategy, improving customer engagement.
- Develop personalized business solutions utilizing knowledge of industry trends and expertise with Apple products, services, and third-party technology
- Lead each Business team's learning & training opportunities to improve positioning of Apple SMB services. As a Subject Matter Expert, I help the Business Team’s develop a high expertise in Apple Business Manager, MDM.
- Facilitated instructor-led trainings and activities independently and by taking on partners within the leadership team to present out business solutions to the greater store population.
- Drive monthly account progression reviews with management and the market team as we are growing business customer revenue from segment to segment
- Helped guide business teams on best practices around SMB customer spend segmentation, end-user agreements, and alignment on policy and pricing.
