About David Thomas Kneeland

My experience has been in the restaurant business for 20+ years; 15 of it in upper management. I have worked in a vast variety of concepts from casual to fine dinning, managing food and beverage, for Seahawks, University of Washington athletics, Museum of Flight, and multiple local theaters. I believe the best way to build a positive and memorable dining experience is by treating staff fairly, while expecting the best from them, and being fiscally responsible. My goal is to become a General Manager of a great restaurant , helping to build an appealing guest culture, created by an engaging staff that delivers spectacular food.
