And I believe in constantly learning. By learning we open our minds to look beyond the paradigm that limits what we see. We have to learn in order to change and master our craft. I believe most problems organizations face are found in the system we've built, and not in the workers. So I first look to the system. And required changes are usually about the basics. While the system is paramount, performance management against clearly defined goals is like breathing. And that's where the data helps eliminate the stories.
