Graduate Teaching Assistant for AE 4525 - Control System Design Laboratory. Responsible for two lab sections each week, with duties ranging from assisting students with controller design to implementation in various aerospace-related systems.

Instructor for MAE 215 - Introduction to programming in MATLAB, summer session B.

Fall 2014/2015: AEE 360 – Aerodynamics (Dr. Valana Wells)Duties included teaching 5 lab sections and holding weekly office hours to assist students in completing course homework. Labs consisted of wind tunnel testing of various wings and wing parameters throughout the course of the semester and included an introduction to wind tunnel testing equipment/calibration. Course Enrollment: ~120 students; Lab Enrollment: ~50 students. Spring 2015: MAE 318 – System Dynamics and Control (Dr. Iman Alizadeh)Duties included teaching ~3 separate lab sections and aiding students in completing lab worksheets/understanding lab equipment. Labs consist of a mechanical system (a flywheel attached to a 24V DC motor) and ask students to preform various experiments with these systems. Tasks range from identification of mechanical properties (time constants, etc.) to designing closed-loop controllers (PID) to control the flywheel as desired.Course Enrollment: ~90 students; Lab Enrollment: ~90 students.

Aiding the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department in the organization for Fall 2015 ABET accreditation. Duties include completing paperwork in an accurate and timely manner as well as working closely with Arizona State University’s blackboard technicians to develop a course template.

Summer 2014/2015: MAE 384 – Advanced Math Methods for Engineers (Dr. Valana Wells)Responsible for teaching weekly recitations (2 sessions weekly) as well as holding office hours to help students in completing assigned homework. Additional duties included creating solutions for homework problems, grading submitted assignments and test proctoring.Course Enrollment: ~70 students. Spring 2014: MAE 466/566 – Rotary Wing Aerodynamics (Dr. Valana Wells)Responsible for grading submitted homework assignments as well have weekly office hours to answer student questions regarding course material.
