Assumed all P&L accountability, COS management, invoicing, ordering, hiring and orientations, labor scheduling, FOH & BOH training, customer service, Ecosure and health department compliance, overall operation of cafe. Decreased COS from 28% to sub 26.5% over 2 months by rewriting par levels, BOH retraining, and waste/usage management tools.

As catering supervisor, I oversee catering production staff and represent the Corner Bakery company through business, residential and community catering events. I perform sales calls to elicit business in-store, at business complexes and throughout the community. I am proficient in food production, order taking, and customer service in a schedule-oriented environment. I also deliver orders, expedite line, and assume kitchen and baking responsibilities when necessary.
