As catering supervisor, I oversee catering production staff and represent the Corner Bakery company through business, residential and community catering events. I perform sales calls to elicit business in-store, at business complexes and throughout the community. I am proficient in food production, order taking, and customer service in a schedule-oriented environment. I also deliver orders, expedite line, and assume kitchen and baking responsibilities when necessary.

I assist the general manager in all front of house managerial duties including general operations management, staff meetings, menu engineering and customer service. I also support in administrative duties including payroll, scheduling and event coordination. Became the manager on duty when general manager left and assumed all closing responsibilities including cash management.
