Leading the implementation of Safety Assurance and Quality throughout the organization. Working on an effective and cross-functional program that is highly effective to the respective stakeholders. I'm leveraging my previous safety critical experience to achieve the same level of proficiency in this space.

Program Manager: New York City Transit Diesel-Hybrid Locomotive - July 2020 - June 2021This new program is an exciting opportunity to deliver a diesel-hybrid locomotive to the NYCT. My role was to manage the program and execution of this new locomotive and being the customer interface. In this program I integrated external suppliers, ensured manufacturing, engineering and supply chain were effective, and managed the finances and contractual obligations.Program Manager: Long Island Rail Road / Metro North Railroad Positive Train Control (PTC) Implementation - ACSES Communications & Security - January 2016 - July 2020Subcontract to deliver the ACSES PTC Communications Subsystem. I started with this program in 2014 in a different role, however have seen this grow from initiation to execution. My main priorities were managing the customer contract, project finances, presenting to executive internal stakeholders, and being the external representative to the customer. I have managed the development and delivery of software which was developed in an Agile environment, through Quality Assurance and Factory Acceptance testing. Working with the software management team and developers, we delivered many iterations of 4 products successfully over the past 5 years. Additionally, I managed hardware deliveries, which 2 of our products reside, the configuration management of the hardware as well as the EMI/EMC testing, and troubleshooting any issues in testing or in the field. Finally, I managed a team of ~20 engineers in cross-functional teams to deliver requirements, documentation, testing of hardware/software, field troubleshooting, and deployment. In addition to my main two programs, I managed the following projects in our group's portfolio: MBTA PTC Implementation - ACSES Communications & Security, NJT ML-III Locomotive Project - Communications & Security, Amtrak Interoperability Implementation, CSX Transportation PTC Implementation - ACSES Communications & Security.

Network Integration Test Engineer for Wabtec Railway Electronics group within Wabtec Corporation.

Designed the network architecture to support a fully customer compliant Ethernet network, developed network architecture drawings, facilitated lab network configurations on Cisco switches, supported integration between data centers and interfacing with client, customer and vendors (internal and external) for various operations.Configured Cisco and Ruggedcom switches for factory acceptance testing, developed IP addressing scheme for a large enterprise network, configured Hirschmann HiVision NMS Application for a train control application, aided in developing labs by configuring switches with proper VLANs and routing configurations.Lead System Integrator role assumed in 03/2014 and Network Engineer duties continued.
