During my time with Iss I was working on the BT/EE contract my main duties included.Scheduling security officers into shiftsCovering all officers holidays Scheduling for OOH’s Adhoc requests Leasing with clients and contacts and facilities managements for repair services.

During my time at uniqwin I progressed from being a security officer to a mobile supervisor.Main Duties includedAttending alarm activations Kpi’s and welfare checks for all officersClient meetings Client / customer building patrols Building lockup’s and unlocks

Monitoring of all check calls Dispatching the supervisors to all alarm calls and missed check callsManaging sub contractors Dealing with telephone enquires from customer and new potential clientsDealing with any OOH’s business needs Management of all security officers on shift

Patrolling trains and train stations.Provide information to rail commuters.Issuing penalty fair tickets for passengers that had no valid ticket.Hot patrols of all stations and trains.Protecting the rail passengers and providing health and safety.
