Worked through complex processes and showcased impeccable stakeholder management to secure budget and resource ahead of launch. To date, the campaign has raised over £200,000.Led creation of a new and innovative strategic RB digital proposition (community.lloydsbank.com / community.bankofscotland.co.uk / community.halifax.co.uk), including agency briefing, price negotiation and IT / Sourcing / Digital engagement. Launch September 2015 and generating significant annual saving.Created and implemented revised Lloyds Bank & Bank of Scotland Community Fund digital strategy including utilising Twitter voting. This was a first for the Group and industry at this scale, enhancing brand and reputation with colleagues, customers and communities as evidenced by 330,000 votes and 22.8m Twitter impressions.

Working on a multi-brand community engagement strategy working across Lloyds TSB, Bank of Scotland and Halifax.Lloyds TSB & Bank of Scotland Local Heroes:- The Group's initiative to support the nation's up and coming sporting stars on their journey to the world stage.- Responsibility for developing and aligning the strategy to the community focus and delivering against key objectives of driving colleague pride and commercial benefits.- Managing the programme budget, including athlete grants, launch workshops, PR, social media and kit design and creation.- Design and delivery of programme launch workshops for 210 athletes and families, media and sporting ambassadors.- Develop a range of internal and external communications to engage with athletes, communities, customers and colleagues.Halifax Community Engagement Programme:- Project lead for the development of a new partnership with a UK-wide charity aimed at delivering home-life change to help families learn to cope, improve their confidence and build better lives for their children.- Deliver a creative colleague volunteering programme to support vulnerable families.Halifax Community Digital Proposition:- Responsible for developing the digital and social media proposition for the new Halifax community engagement programme.- Delivering the proposition to engage with communities against specific budget requirements and tight timelines.

Initial focus on driving engagement across a Division of 21,000 colleagues in relation to our Partnership of London 2012.- Developed a creative and tailored colleague engagement programme that utilised the Group's key London 2012 activations, including the Olympic and Paralympic Torch Relays, National School Sport Week and Local Heroes.- Creation of targeted colleague communications, including written copy, social media, video and events.- Delivered significant improvements in colleague engagement against a challenging backdrop within the business and the economy.- Managed the relationship with Paralympic Gold Medallist Richard Whitehead, utilising the 'asset' across 40 colleague and community focussed events.- Part of a team of three that managed the Group-wide 'Games-Time' communications to 100,000 colleagues that saw over 2.5m intranet page 'hits'.

- Responsible for producing a consistent Group-wide approach to portfolio governance, management and control, including producing a ‘Single Version of the Truth’ in respect of both financial and non-financial MI.- Development of Group-wide portfolio strategy.- Creation of a single version of the truth financial, risk & portfolio picture.- Monthly analysis of Group-wide portfolio, focussing on 5 year MTP and Group's top change programmes.- Undertook a short term secondment as the Executive Assistant to one of the Group's Integration Directors, acting as his 'right hand man' for decision making.

- Responsibility for managing the development and delivery of the Payment Card portfolio within Transaction Banking.- Successfully implemented processes and procedures as part of a £50m supply chain challenge.- Developed a strategy to proactively refund £30,000 and reissue cards to 180,000 customers who have been incorrectly charged.- Led a review and developed proposals for the prepaid card strategy.- Managed the removal of the £50 cheque guarantee card from operation.

- Responsible for representing Group Operations and managing their relationship with the Consumer Banking areas – in a supplier / customer business relationship.- Provided the expertise and gateway into my area of the business, by being a key stakeholder for a number of change projects and new product launches. This included successfully managing the 2007 / 2008 Tax Year End ISA campaign, seeing a 5000% increase on forecast volumes and funds being attracted to Lloyds TSB.- Providing intelligence on Business Unit strategies, communicating Service Level and financial performance, involvement in incident management, new business development and providing functional leadership.- Front Line Manager secondment to gain first hand experience of the operation, whilst continuing to manage my day-to-day relationship role, managing a team of 40 contractors.
