Current• Support Senior Talent Sourcing (Team Leader) to train new members, assign daily tasks, QC projects and report progress to team leader.• Develop and monitor work process of data projects or some products of companies (leads generation, updating company/ candidate, email finding, talent mapping...).• Built data projects from small to large, from a few hundred lines to several tens of thousands of lines with accurate quality information for each project.• Experience in sourcing passive and active technical and non-technical candidates in various industries including: Software, IT, Engineering, Retail, Biotech, Marketing...• Using advanced social media such as LinkedIn, Google, Github, Facebook...• Ensure that quality, risks and issues and lessons are reported in a timely manner and controlled.• Familiar with Google sheets.
