Proposals and Technical management of engineering services.Responsibilities: • Attendance at project coordination meetings. • Planning work for customer deliveries. • Diagnose and troubleshoot problem areas of a technical nature associated with daily inspections. • Perform daily reports on the progress, quantity and type of man hours to design errors and deficiencies identified as well as difficult cases. Ensure that the supplier does work to facilitate the implementation of his program and the delivery of milestones in a timely manner. • Continually review plans, specifications, on each contract to identify gaps and deficiencies, reporting same to the Chief Land • Get the date of delivery for each item, before the start of each contract and regularly during implementation, through the Controller of Materials and Suppliers. • Ensure that all field trials of the Contractor are organized according to their nomination in contract documentation. • For those jobs that are paid hourly, ensuring that requests for additional payments are correct, are in accordance with the procedures and approved daily. • Ensure that each inspection check is carried out as required. • Keep records of changes made progressively at work and verify the plans agreed terms as stated in the programs. • Ensure that all personal equipment and work areas are ready for verification testing according to schedule and attend all the tests. Coordinate the implementation of corrective actions after the tests, if necessary.
