Oversaw Hayle Harbour estate and harbour activities utilising Harbour Master. Performed specialist assessments and provided guidance on control and procedures across various business departments and units for aligned risk landscape. Governed onboarding of new initiatives, ensuring requirements and scope clearly defined.

Directed embedment of operations across pipelines and business value chain, ensuring appropriate operational risk and controls. Acted as key global cross-product interface supporting EM Trading busines managers and desk heads in capacity as Project Relationship Manager. Governed NPAP (New Product Approval Process) projects from scope to sign off. Enhanced communication between Front Office Traders and Back Office Operational Processing team, ensuring suitable risks and controls embedded into end-to-end process to enable back-office teams to process products offered to clients by traders .

Collaborated with multiple business partners and stakeholders on delivery of strategy and service projects nationally. Drove continuous improvements across productivity, efficiency, and service performance across business operational teams with optimized utilisation of resources, coaching, and training. Headed recruitment efforts including objective setting, training, and performance management. ● Directed administration of UKCB syndicated and bi-lateral LIBOR loan book for 8K facilities with 60 staff members across two sites with £62B limits.
