EECA is governed by a board members appointed by and report to the Minister of Energy and Resources. Our purpose is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use. Our desired outcome is a sustainable energy system that supports the prosperity and wellbeing of current and future generations.

The Fund allocates $4.2 million annually to projects aligning with the Ministry for Ethnic Communities' goals to support, upskill, and celebrate ethnic communities in New Zealand.

Everybody Eats is a not-for-profit, pay-as-you-feel dining concept. We take food that would otherwise go to waste and turn it into restaurant quality meals. Our customers can pay whatever they like, even if it's nothing, for nutritious and freshly prepared food. We aim to be part of solving three huge problems we have in NZ: food waste, food poverty, and social isolation.

Ngāti Awa Group Holdings Limited (NAGHL), owned by Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa (TRONA), is responsible for sustainably maximising economic benefits for the people of Ngāti Awa. TRONA represents over 20,000 members of Ngāti Awa who affiliate to 22 mandated hapū and 19 marae in the Eastern Bay of Plenty region.

The FADC conducts disciplinary proceedings arising from complaints about Authorised Financial Advisers (AFAs) relating to breaches of the Code of Professional Conduct for AFAs which are referred by the Financial Markets Authority.

The Lawyers & Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal hears and determines disciplinary charges against members of the legal and conveyancing professions.

Research Associate on the Sustainable Finance Programme, Smith School of Enterprise, University of Oxford. Ben Caldecott is the Director of the programme, andProfessor Gordon Clark is the Director of the Smith School of Enterprise. The programme conducted work in a significant and coordinated way on stranded assets and sustainable finance. The programme works with leading practitioners (e.g. actuaries, asset owners, asset managers, accountants, investment consultants, lawyers), with firms and their management, and with experts from a wide range of related subject areas (e.g. finance, economics, management, geography, anthropology, climate science, law, area studies) within the University of Oxford and beyond.

RESEARCH:My PhD thesis (submitted 2015) examined the impact of risk factors and regulatory changes on the return profile of European energy utilities. In particular, focusing on the impact of privatisation, liberalisation, and environmental policy. The thesis developed a novel asset pricing model for the energy sector, refined the model for sector-level analysis and examined the impact of regulatory changes on firm value.
