Under the general direction of the Regional Manager, this position organizes and manages the operations and program activities of the Rockwood Health Clinic, ensuring effective operation and financial sustainability in alignment with Integrated Clinical Services' vision, mission, and strategic plan. Provides financial and supervisory expertise to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, affordable, and efficient care. Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to access, efficiency, productivity, service experience, scheduling, billing, policy and labor contract adherence, provider maintenance, and quality evaluation and improvement. This position is responsible for supervising the efforts of an engaged, expert diverse workforce, delivering person-centered and culturally relevant services, including employee coaching and development, performance management, etc. Determines and communicates how diversity and inclusion contributes to core business strategies and results to support community needs and external partner/funder standards. Creates insights on how diversity and inclusion contributes to both the service experience and HR strategies, as well as business results. Creates a work culture of respect, trust, and understanding for the highly diverse populations the Health Department serves in the office and in the community.
