I’ve worked in the contact center space for over 27 years; I am currently focused on business development and partner success with SpiSci. SpinSci has been delivering superior solutions for over 20 years. Providing healthcare workflows and integrations. I've been a member of the Communities in Schools of Mid-America Board of Directors since 2005; as a way to give back to the community and assist in educating the youth of our future – driving dropout prevention. I graduated from Rockhurst University with an MBA (focusing on International Studies and Organizational Behavior Management), as well as, graduating from the University of Kansas with two Bachelor's degrees (one in Psychology and another in Human Development and Family Life with Honors). My experiences vary from military, criminal justice, social and non-profit work, to telecom, technology, and where I am today in the contact center space. I always lean into taking direction and leading when appropriate. I strive to help my community, improving educational systems, and directly participate in corporate social responsibility programs. My drive is to understand and lead myself, and others when appropriate, through the finish line - always attempting to exceed my own expectations, as well as those around me. I know or find my limits, I push past my limits, I set new limits, and then I repeat.
