Elected to serve as a Town Meeting Member representing Precinct 8 in Brookline, MA.

I currently lead an award-winning marketing and communications team, managing the marketing and communications needs of MIT Health, a multi-specialty group practice serving the Massachusetts Institute of Technology community. We handle marketing campaigns, patient retention and acquisition strategy, and all print and digital communications, ranging from free t-shirts, to direct mail, website redesigns, social media campaigns, brochures, poster, emails, and everything in between. Our team also handles development communications as they relate to MIT Health and spearheaded the rebranding of MIT Medical to MIT Health. Our audience includes students, staff, retirees, and MIT families.We also handle communications and marketing for MIT's self-funded student health insurance, MIT SHIP, as well as campus-wide crisis communications, public health communications, and internal communications for the 300+ employees at MIT Health.

Served as President of the Association for two years. Served on executive committee and finance committee of the Caltech Alumni Association for five years. Also a member and former chairman of the communications committee, worked to develop strategies to successfully reach out to university graduates through print and digital media.Previously served as Board Secretary, Board Treasurer, and Board Vice President. Co-leader of a traditional egalitarian lay-led minyan. Helped oversee all programming including services for Shabbat, holidays, and life-cycle events. Helped to ensure volunteer recruitment, and oversaw budget. Was part of the strategic team to move the congregation from its home at Temple Sinai to its current location at Kehillath Israel.

Helped oversee the strategic vision for editorial content for JewishBoston.com including the creation of several columns. Helped to recruit and hire columnists.

Served as editorial manager of three subscription-based websites (AmericasTestKitchen.com, CooksIllustrated.com, CooksCounty.com) that generated $10M+ revenue annually. Managed a team of three Web editors and one videographer.

Editorial and business director for SkyandTelescope.com. Oversaw a staff of six writers and managed daily content.
