Leading a 25-person team to recruit graduate lecturers, produce marketing content, and implement 50+ accessible liberal arts courses in both online and in-person formats over three years, reaching 1500+ Chinese students who lack educational resources. Also managing regular hiring programs to expand the organization by designing objective evaluation criteria and coordinating interview distribution among a 10-person team.

Directly helped more than 150 Chinese students to access liberal arts education resources, including classes on Baroque arts, racial identity in theatre, and more. Coordinated with graduate-level lecturers and students to ensure academic and financial accessibility. Also produced podcasts and managed social media communications.

Conducted qualitative and quantitative research and analysis related to investment managers, asset classes, portfolio management, asset allocation, risk management, and macroeconomics to contribute to managing the $4 billion portfolio and supporting the perpetual operation of Amherst College.

Currently working on streamlining the data-collection process with independent sales representatives with the HubSpot CRM platform, in order to increase data transparency of the sales process.In January, I independently researched competition and potential collaboration opportunities by examining over 40 educational companies and non-profits that focus on the Science of Reading and literacy initiatives. I also engineered a client-facing, interactive web portal to improve brand recognition and customer retention.

Evaluated a potential sodium-ion battery private equity deal by researching the company’s technologies, potential competition, market outlook, and relations with the local government by examining local court filings and government grant reportsDesigned and coded an in-house, one-click solution using Python that automatically collects and analyzes performance data of 250+ hedge funds from the web, reducing the time taken from 1 hour to less than 3 minutesCondensed research reports of equity analysts into PowerPoint presentations with accessible language, which was used in a private wealth management roadshow with 100+ attendees

Facilitated and managed an inclusive learning environment in the Policy Debate team of more than 40 students, which encompasses teaching philosophical concepts and debate strategies to other debaters and fostering a diverse team culture.
