About Du Mhango, Jnr

I have worked for UBS as an Equity Operations Analyst for 2 ½ years and have been with JPMorgan for 13 years. My time at UBS was rewarding as I joined when STRATE was formed and we were moving from an open outcry to an electronic trading system. The market was also moving away from actual script to electronic record keeping of script via STRATE. I was also part of the team from the Operations and implementation as we launched the Warrants business for UBS. In the last 13years at JPMorgan, I have taken up different challenges. I worked as a Derivatives Operations Analyst supporting the Derivatives, FX and SPV desk before moving to the Equities Business as an Equities Trader. I moved to Equity Sales trading after 4yrs of trading.I was part of the Trading team that was involved in the following deals over my years at JPMorgan:* Apr 2012 Murray & Roberts: US$250mm Joint Book-runner for Rights Offering* Mar 2010 Optimum Coal: US$209mm Joint Book-runner for an IPO* Dec 2008 Sappi: US$573mm Joint Book-runner for a Rights Offering* Oct 2008 British American Tobacco: Joint Sponsor for Secondary Listing* Oct 2007 Kwikspace: US$60mm Sole Book-runner for an IPO* Aug 2005 Net1: Joint Book-runner for an IPOCoupled with that, I was involved in programmes for the firm; most notable my involvement in the Graduate Programme. I participated from presentation to Graduates at Universities and took part in the interviewing process. Having gone through the JPMorgan graduate training programme myself, I became an Ambassador for the programme which has been running successfully in our Local Office and stood out as the best training programme offered by an International bank in South Africa. I was also appointed to be a Relationship Manager responsible for a number of charities for JPMorgan and most recent was Relationship Manager for Boys/Girls town.
