- Controlling and responsible for the development schedule, coordinate with internal team and cross functional teams- Collect and summarize each step status and report to managers and customers- Lead each step review meeting with internal teams- Track the equipment and raw material readiness,experiment and whole shipment, make decision when unexpected things happen- Optimize the processes of development, production and experiment; continuous enhance quality- Co-work with customers about the schedule and commit customers’ requirements- New product technical support, on-site support if necessary- Handle customer side Issue/Complain, visitation & audit and prepare FA
