I was responsible for requirements gathering for different governmental projects that were part of the digital transformation of United Arab Emirates governmental services. I was part of the team that managed the backbone e-system of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security. I also worked in the team that managed the e-system for the Criminal Investigation Department. Successfully delivered different project tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Was the lead for managing TENTIME online entrainment platform which was of the earliest leading platforms in the middle east region that included Integrated TV channels, music platform, TV shows, movies and other. Collaborated with local and international teams in the analysis and the management of the product throughout its life cycle.

I was part of the team that worked on developing and maintaining the product management system for Al Ghanem Group LTD. The system was designed to track imported products from their import point all the way until they reach the customer. The system comprised customs module, finance module, asset management module and product delivery module.

During my master’s, I worked as teaching assistant with roles that included tutorials design, assignments grading, and term project development. Supported the students during dedicated office hours to follow up on their progress and help them in building their study plans.

I participated in the development of many web application projects for clients in UAE. I was working on the front-end side and received extensive training in the back end as well. In the operation side, I was involved in the whole SDLC, following up with the clients to solve their problems and supporting the projects change management process.
