I'm currently leading Duwalcoe (Pty) Ltd. This is the Short Term company associated with the Duwalcoe Financial Consultants group. Despite very tough post-pandemic conditions and a backlash from the KZN Riots and Floods, we've shown remarkable growth and have formed strong bonds with several incredible partners who work with us. We have some very big dreams that extend far beyond the Insurance Industry, and we are always looking for exceptionally driven and competent individuals who will help us change for the better, and become a force for constructive change in the Insurance Brokerage space.I had the privilege of working at Skynamo from 2014 to 2021, where I've founded, managed, and handed over several departments. I've been involved in the management of Support, Implementations, Sales and Development Teams. I ended my time at Skynamo as the Head of Skynamo Services, where the Departments of Integration, Solution Consultants, Analytics, Training, Support and Professional Services reported to me.During my tenure Skynamo went from a small tech startup to the dominant force in the South African market in Sales CRM, and we received $30 Million in US venture funding. I worked with a highly motivated, competent and dynamic team that solved complex client problems. I also served on Skynamo’s EXCO, as well as on the Security Committee tasked with ensuring Skynamo remained ISO 27001 compliant. I have also been involved in several key Skynamo initiatives such as moving to e-Contracts, Establishing our Team Edition product, the Skynamo Graduate Programme and Professional Services. I tend to thrive in chaotic, uncertain environments where I have the autonomy to make the necessary changes to the structure and processes of a company in order to drive the overall company strategy. I do this in a collaborative, fun manner and I always try to use the rarest skill of all when making important decisions....common sense.
