Transaction structuring, Negotiations, legal understanding, documentation, Regulatory frameworks, Mergers & Acquisitions, Existing company takeovers, Financial Modelling, Greenfield/Brownfield land/project buyouts, Raising private money/bank loan for projects are amongst the key strengths.Having held key positions with JLL, Accor Hotels, and Axis Bank, few of his achievements includes setting up India's 1st real estate fund under SEBI AIF regulations, raising US$ 30 mn Real estate fund from Private Investors in India, Sale of hotel portfolio to global fund manager and providing successful exits to investors with IRR of 25%+. During this course, he gained enormous experience of bye-laws and regulatory requirements for land/project acquisitions across India, Thailand, Dubai, and Indonesia. In 2015, he decided to move on from corporate journey to launch BIZZGAIN, a start-up in B2B e-commerce, creating a team of 45+ members, achieving mn $+ revenues and then launching his second venture, Amatra Hotels & Resorts in 2018. In 2020, he began to work actively on his sleeping company Real cap to create value in real estate business.He graduated from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University in B.Com(H), completed CFA with distinction and has taken Executive Education program in Applied Finance from Indian Institute of Management - Kolkata (IIM-C)
