I am a Human Resources Manager and Technical Recruiter at theBPO, a leading business process outsourcing company. My role is multifaceted and central to our organization's success. I oversee all aspects of talent management, starting from recruitment, where I collaborate closely with directors and managers to identify top talent and establish effective hiring strategies. Once onboard, I ensure a smooth integration through comprehensive onboarding programs and orientation sessions, acquainting new team members with our policies and culture. Employee relations and engagement fall under my purview, as I work diligently to foster a positive work environment, address concerns, and manage conflict resolution. Performance management and training and development are key areas where I contribute to the growth and retention of our workforce, providing feedback, coaching, and learning opportunities. I also develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals, oversee compensation and benefits, analyze HR metrics, ensure legal compliance, and provide consistent HR policy guidance. I am passionate about the Human Resources industry and committed to delivering excellence and value to our clients and employees. I am highly organized, professional, and dedicated, setting myself and others high standards and never deviating from the rules, the law, or procedures.
