As an IT Service Desk Apprentice I am gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting and supporting IT systems. I’m also deepening my skills by learning about applications and IT infrastructure, which allows me to solve technical challenges efficiently and provide seamless support.Beyond tech, I’ve worked in a successful dessert shop, giving me strong business acumen and customer service skills. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead charity initiatives and organise events during school, which sharpened my leadership and project management abilities.With a passion for learning and problem-solving, I’m particularly interested in cloud technologies and cloud engineering, aiming to build expertise in this area.
