Current1. Analyze the industry and market focusing on growth, market share, profitability, recent developments, and other similar indicators to identify the competitive positioning of ACI businesses.2. Support to prepare the feasibility of different projects and proposals from business units along with sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and financial evaluation matrix and assist management in investment decision making.3. Support to prepare a post-implementation review of the implemented projects based on indicators assumed during project feasibility analysis.4. Support the preparation of a 5-year Business plan for ACI group including projected financial statements and strategy documents as required by the management and assist them in decision-making regarding capital budgeting and capital structure of ACI Group.5. Support in the preparation and administration of the annual budget of ACI Group forecasting the revenue and cost items; and analyzing the business environment and economic trends both local and global.6. Support the planning unit to prepare and maintain a management account database.
