Sales – Successfully develop relationships with current customers and prospect new customers.Estimating – Review plans, specifications, lay out a sprinkler system, input information into estimate sheets utilizing current material cost, design hours, labor hours, buy out items, extras and overhead / profit. Design – Design sprinkler systems per code, project specifications and AHJ using latest version of Hydra Cad. Perform hydraulic calculations providing the minimum safety factor using Hydra Calc and listing using Hydra List. Attend project coordination meeting prior to POJ and modify design according to conflicts with other trades. Purchasing Agent – Submit fab listing from our company design to various vendors for pricing while negotiating best price. Responsible for ordering miscellaneous material called in from field.Project Manager – Schedule POJ, attend weekly project meetings (or as often as needed), coordinate man power, track labor hours, design hours, material cost, submit change orders, order equipment. Attend final walk thru inspections with Fire Marshal, submit and finalize all close out documents / O&M’s conduct owner training. Shop – Pull material requested from field and for pickup. Maintain and organize shop, keeping track of all materials for annual inventory.Office Assistant – Answer phone, file documents, process collections, and order office supplies.
