Mechanical systems included a 24 well geothermal system with 28 independent zones, a 2000amp 3-phase electrical service with a full site 72hr back-up generator. Site work included a new Guest House, swimming pool, tennis court, ½ mile of driveway and 74 acres of site development. Deborah Berke was the architect in conjunction with Burro Happold as the project engineers.Other projects included a weekend home renovation with JSA Architects, A tudor renovation with modern interiors with Stone Fox Architects and a new shingle style off Larchmont Harbor for Timothy Haynes Architect

Managed a remodeling division to capture an untapped market requiring the development and implementation of new systems and procedures of operation within the existing corporate framework.Responsible for all aspects of business development, sales, contract negotiations, hiring, performance evaluations, estimating, project management, and long term growth planning.Responsible for 18 direct reports with 2005 sales of $18M up from $11M in 2004.Participated in other corporate initiatives including Mentoring Program, New Hire protocol, Developed Operations Manual, Implementation of Prolog & Timberline Project Management systems & IT over site committee.The new division soon became the training ground for all business divisions. New employees were first assigned to this group to learn business procedures on smaller projects and to be evaluated for the ability to manage larger projects. As a result this division also became a key part of hiring, training and growth.
