• Provide subject matter expertise• Participate as a member of project team, reviewing work product flow• Lead effort in establishing a functional baseline for defining the overall road map that includes the key components around business processes, policy framework, process re­design, change management and working closely with other technology team members in determining technology and product configurations• Lead and manage U.S. ED Technical Working Group (TWG), serve as liaison to ED for all TWG activities• Prepare and present project updates to U.S. ED staff, State Education Agencies (SEAs) and other stakeholders• Lead requirement analysis sessions to gather key business objectives• Identify current business process challenges• Identify and document gaps in business process• Identify business process re-engineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes• Travel to support the project as needed

Administer all state approval of education institutions of higher education, and training establishment for veterans education and training benefits under the Montgomery G.I. Bill and state licensure of private career and techncial schools.School Nutrition Programs Specialist assigned to monitoring and technical assistance statewide to school systems.
