Responsibilities included the daily operations of a key staffing account of 80+ contract laborers. Involved with the recruitment, on boarding, training, and payroll processing of contract staff. Collaborated with client with regards to their corporate initiatives including safety, ongoing training, and meeting/exceeding their business goals.
