•Purchase used vehicles throughout the region on behalf of the dealership from various online and brick and mortar auctions, private parties, and trade networks.•Partner with the General Manager to predict future used car inventory needs, analyze price trends, and set a purchase budget.•Negotiate purchase price and acquire desirable inventory. •In charge of inventory management: coordinating vehicle logistics, merchandising, appraising, pricing, and the reconditioning process.•Proficient at reading condition reports Carfax, Vauto, StockWave and other automotive appraisal and process tools•Build & maintain professional relationships with sellers.
