• Process distribution and loan requests via web/paper submission and in accordance with plan provisions for participants in qualified retirement plans.• Set up trade batches to ensure proper liquidation from funds• Handle loan amortization changes as prompted by the plan sponsor.• Respond to inquiries from Client Managers and Plan Sponsor regarding status and procedures on distributions/loans.• Act as a point of contact for the distribution team.• Assist management team with other duties/projects as assigned.

Greater Tampa Bay Area

• Maintain and respond to participant inquiries on the following retirement plans: defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including: 401(k); 403(b); 457; non-qualified deferred compensation; profit sharing; money purchase; and cash balance and Taft Hartley.• Account maintenance• Transaction processing for fund to fund transfers and allocation changes.• Educate participants on plan provisions and procedures.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

• Responsible for Marketing and Sales Support to Financial Advisors of life insurance and annuity products offered through Planning Corp of America, a subsidiary of Raymond James.• Interact daily with advisors of the firm on products offered and contract support.• Process requests for life insurance quotes and proposals using the carrier's software.• Help advisors with annuity values downloads and account linking.• Assist the life and annuity processing area with application input and review.• Responsible for updating department information on the firm's intranet site• Continually meet for training and product marketing with approved carriers.
