I’ve spent more than 20 years in television and production, working across every aspect of the supply chain, from Creative Director to Channel Manager and Director of Production at Foxtel to programme development, directing, producing, post producing and executive producing on the ground.This experience has given me a unique understanding of the elements that conspire to create successful programming from the technical aspects of editing to strategic decisions about channel branding. My greatest strength has been getting the best out of creative people, combined with an innate visual sense and an instinctive ability to know what people want to watch.My steady rise at Foxtel was due to a track record of delivering top rating shows and channels - and a steady string of awards and channel firsts. I have delivered some of the most successful productions in Australian Subscription Television history with a record of strong ratings and revenue. This is in part due to my ability to solve complex issues, present solutions in simple ways and to get even the most dissenting voices to agree! I have led large teams (50 +) and have a reputation for keeping staff aligned and motivated.
